Lyell

Lyell is a NYC based fashion label and their line is adorable! I love the school uniform, preppy look with an edge and that exactly what Lyell most recent collection reminds me of. These are three of my favorite looks, especially the collared shirt paired with the brown knit vest and amazing tweed shorts ensemble. Spork Fashion, Beauty, and Living

Spork Fashion, created by Alyse Wax, has turned her obsessive need to shop into something productive with her Spork empire. Her impressive articles have appeared in Teen People magazine, Weekly World News, 100 Magazine (Philippines), BlogCritics.org, Hollywood.com, and FearNet.com.
Spork Fashion focuses on emerging, indie, and new designers, with special sections for “green” fashion and designers who donate to charity. On occasion, Spork Fashion will cover Los Angeles fashion events, interview celebrities about their style, and give away great prizes.
If you have not visited Spork Fashion in a while, now is the time! The site has recently undergone a complete redesign. The new layout is brighter, cleaner, and easier to navigate. Even more exciting, Spork Fashion has launched not one but TWO new websites: SporkLiving.com and SporkBeauty.com.
Just like Spork Fashion, Spork Beauty will focus indie cosmetic companies as well as new beauty innovations, while Spork Living focuses on all the affordable luxuries to living the Spork life: gourmet treats, home décor, gadgets & gizmos, and more. Spork editrix Alyse Wax focuses her unique eye for fashion and style on indie and emerging designers. “You don’t need to wear Balenciaga to look good,” she insists. “Some of my favorite pieces come from designers you won’t find at Bloomingdale’s.” What one phrase would Alyse use to describe the Spork philosophy? "Off the beaten path."
