So I've been thinking about it alot lately...and now that its fall and the leaves are changing, the grass isnt as green, and the flowers arent in bloom-I think its about time. Time for what? to sport the dark lip trend-I just have to buy the lip stick first.

style.com just reported a new trend, seen in three different collections Christopher Kane, Louise Goldin. What is this new trend you ask? Origami details, Japanese inspired outfits with delicate fabrics resulting in an ultra feminine and to quote Micheal Korz "the most over used word in fashion 'chic'"

A few days ago, a girl walked into forever21. She had the cutest vintage, tan leather, very structured, bag and I had to compliment it. She was very appreciative and told me where she got it. "Etsy.com" she said, I've never heard of it-she then went on to describe how it was a website where people could buy and sell vintage and and crafted items. When i got home from work, the first thing I did was power up my internet and go on the website-LOVE AT FIRST CLICK! you all must check this website out its very similar to ebay, and who doesnt love ebay?! they even have these leather granny booties IN MY SIZE! no one every carries a size 5!!!!! WWW.etsy.com <- go to it right now! hah

wanna hear something funny?...... someone at school yesterday asked me...and I quote "why do you dress like a grandma with your pants up so high?" he was serious too now usually I reply with a witty, sarcastic comment but I was just so entertained by this one, it was so original compared to the other rude comments I get that I decided to take it as a compliment.

Ok, so here's the deal...I figure that every fashion blog in the universe is blogging about New York Fashion week so like why conform and be another one if your reading my blog I can almost bet money that you are reading other blogs as well which are probably reporting on the shows. And I am reading those same blogs-and not to mention all the blogs say the same thing. I'm reading them to stay informed but I don't think each and every show is necessary to post about...do you agree? anyway, I might post a few favorite looks but that's about it love you much stay original

So I have an interview at the Betsy Johnson store near me, to possibly intern. I am not sure what that entails exactly considering its just a store, if all I will be doing is folding clothes-I'm not sure I'm going to do it. I would love to intern there dont get me wrong but if I don't it wont bother me to much, shes not one of my top 5 favorite designers, you know? We'll see what happends kisses!

Finally us here in the states will have easier access to Alice McCall’s Topshop line, in the fall opening of Topshop in Soho. So it only makes sense that Alice will move her show from London to New York this season. What shall we expect? Alice McCall has translated her insect infatuation in to a line with illusions of texture, with several different texturing techniques, and a new technology vibe mixed with fashion. Sounds really interesting and inspirational if you ask me... I cant wait to see it!
