I've been on a mission for while now trying to emulate the outfit shots shown in the foregin blogs that i read. I can never seem to find these cute high-wasited short skirts they always wear.
So, if any of you know of any where i can buy skirts like these please let me know!

i've been looking for a skirt like this too, but have had no joy (and that's in british clothing shops). but i think if you get a slightly longer short skirt in a smaller size and wear it round your waist then that might work? that's what i'm thinking of trying next.
